The legendary volcano slopes off runner and dedicated coffee farmer Diego Baraona. Carrying on the heritage of his farther Diego has become one of the most famous farmers of El Salvador. With the unique location on the stand alone volcano, his trees receive the truly ideal climate, with days full of sun and a steady breeze that keeps the temperatures stable and cool while the volcanic soil feeds the plants with perfect nutrients. Working closely and in constant exchange with some of the leading roasters like Tim results in one of the very best cups to be found in El Salvador!
