Not only to Beatriz and Daniel the first coffee from Mexico also for us here at tōrnqvist. So far the very few we had on cupping tables never stood out among other origins, yet this one... Juicy and of top notch quality by Carlos Cadena who scored 3rd place in COE in 2023 and 1st place in experimental lots in 2024. 

On the edge of fermentation this one is heavy and sweet yet clean and delicious! Good one to start comfy on these colder days.
