Tessema. Usually to be found in our subscription program Seasonal. Yet because of a massive delay in the shipment to Jens and his team at MOK we are too late to include it in such this year. However the quality of this harvest is so damn good that we had to share a few bags with you. Full of beautiful florals and sweet apricots, yummy!!
