Another ever returning classic at tōrnqvist the juicy Gahahe by Jordi and his team at Nomad Coffee in Barcelona. Finding a lot from Burundi at such constant superior level is a difficult one. Very often you will end up with the classic Potato-Defect, which is due to a little bug biting into the cherry and then the whole seed starts to taste like green potatoes and can ruin a whole harvest. Ever since we received the very first batch by Nomad of the Gahahe we are sharing it with you season after season, on our bar and now at our subscription. This harvest is particularly sweet with a full bodied structure that reminds us of red fruit marmalade. Make sure to grab your Aeropress on this one, it's delicious!
