Yes that's the only natural processed coffee you will find by Tim Wendelboe and damn it's a good one. Along a generally very strong year for coffees in Ethiopia the returning Tatmara is full of sweet Strawberries, soft white florals and some tropical fruits. During the natural processing, the seeds are left in the cherry while being dried on raised beds, increasing the coffees body and sweetness while (when done well) remaining clean soft and floral. Again, a coffee that showcases pure quality in farming and roasting! We only got a handful of this one while the next Ethiopian lots are arriving in Summer 2025. Happy brewing!
